Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active pn77 account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited. pn77 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pn77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate account(s) and to forfeit any bonuses, bonus winnings, or promotional credits associated with them.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. pn77 reserves the right to verify all information you provide and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pn77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pn77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, pn77 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to permitting real-money gameplay. You agree to cooperate fully with pn77's KYC process and to provide all requested documentation within the timeframe stipulated by pn77.
pn77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco De Oro (BDO), Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via payment kiosks), USDT, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pn77 does not apply conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently of pn77.
The minimum deposit amount on pn77 is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and player verification tier and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pn77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss, even if pn77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pn77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to pn77 during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pn77's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
You may close your pn77 account at any time by contacting pn77 support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
pn77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, without prior notice, if pn77 reasonably determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms, have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, are subject to a self-exclusion order, or for any other reason that pn77 determines to be in the interest of player safety, regulatory compliance, or Platform integrity.
In the event of account closure by pn77 due to a breach of these Terms, pn77 reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to bonus funds, bonus winnings, or proceeds of prohibited conduct, pending investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to pn77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If the dispute is not resolved through pn77's internal process within thirty (30) days, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming operators. The parties agree that PAGCOR's determination shall be binding on both parties prior to the initiation of any court proceedings.
You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any dispute that proceeds to litigation.
pn77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pn77 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
